Las Vegas News Flash- READY - Set - SNOW!!!

I was showing luxury condo foreclosures priced from $199k all day at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson NV, where the prices have dropped and the repos are plentiful.  Amidst looking at some brand new never lived in luxury foreclosure deals at the incredible resort communities of  V and Mantova, the rain and sleet came pouring down.  Given the cold temperature and higher elevation at Anthem Country Club, I knew that we would have plenty of snow when we returned home. I wasn't disappointed.  Not since the late seventies has Vegas seen so much so  - and it is ongoing in Anthem as I am writing this blog.

Enjoy these views of my yard in beautiful Anthem Country Club, Henderson NV

June, wasn't it wild yesterday?  I was at an inspection in Green Valley Ranch when it was really coming down and the people in the neighborhood were literally standing in the middle of the street and staring at the sky with mouths gaped wide open in amazement.  I moved here from Upstate NY about 4 years ago, so this is old hat for me, but it was still a shock to the system.

Don't you just love those condos out at LLV?  People are going to make a pretty good buck on those once all is right with the world again.
