As we drove down the Las Vegas strip the other day - I snapped a quick shot thru our not so clean windshield of the COSMOPOLITAN RESORT'S BEACH CLUB TOWER rising to impressive heights. Given that every unit in this tower has either a 100 sq. ft. balcony or a 400 sq. ft. wrap around balcony and that the windows are floor to ceiling glass, I expect this tower to house some of the most impressive real estate the luxury market in Vegas will ever witness. The units facing north (front of this picture) overlook the Bellagio lake and have views of the Eiffel Tower and the entire north strip. Those facing south will overlook MGM CityCenter and YOU WILL BE ABLE TO WALK TO EVERYTHING! The fully furnished condos in this tower will be sure to be TROPHY PROPERTIES!
Completion is scheduled for 2010. Duetsche bank has foreclosed on Bruce Eichner, the original developer and construction is full speed ahead!

June, I can't WAiT for Cosmo to get their business affairs in order because this really is the sleeper opportunity on The Strip. With CityCenter and St. Regis really stealing most of the spotlight, there is an incredible opportunity for buyers to take advantage of this one.
And for pete's sake...that little lever on the left hand side of the steering wheel usually has this button that shoots blue liquid on your windsheild...just sayin' LOL!
