I'm sure it's lovely, but there are a few places I could not live. One would be in anything named after Trump.
My Partner and I were buying a house back in 1999 when we found one we liked on Nolen Road. We drove around looking for a house on a different street. Nolen was his first boss out of college, and they hated each other. He didn't need the memories.
Reading that first comment is very interesting. As a Manhattan broker I see Trump's Signature buildings everyday. Some buyers come to the city and they will only live in a Trump building, others are like the first commenter. My customers that have lived at Trump have all been very pleased with the level of service they receive while living there.
I don't think the name on a bldg. would influence my decision whether I would be comfortable there. Just a name. The service would be important, the location, the amentities, etc. not the name.
