I for one just loved those COSMPOLITAN LAS VEGAS RESORT "ROCK STAR" INTERIORS.

Now that Related Group of NYC of Time Warner AOL Center fame, will put its mark on the interiors, I wonder how much they will change? The studio designs were to have been larger than the norm, and each unit will have a balcony - with the much sought after north side having views of the Bellagio Lake and fountains. I expect the lower down units on the north side will have spectacular fountain views and the units higher up - bedazzling long strip views.  The units on the south side, lower down, will have Beach Club views and CityCenter views and the east side of the front tower will see it ALL!

As for the hotel operator - the article from the Las Vegas Sun leaked the latest rumor - that it MAY be a Hilton of some sort - could it be a Conrad or Waldorf?  How cool would that be?

I loved the original chic interior designs of the Madison, Chelsea, Park, and Hudson.  It will be interesting to see what Related decides to do.

June - it's not about what you or I think - it's about what the potential buyers think. Obviously tastes may be different in Las Vegas than in Florida.  We have a couple of condo developers in downtown St Pete who thought New York stark would be appealing - the fact that so few have sold shows that this market doesn't agree.
