Centex Destination Resorts was the developer and had a loyal following of investors that participated in a lottery to get the prime views and locations. These luxury resort style condo and townhomes at Lake Las Vegas were originally sold for as much as $700-$800k. MLS prices for some of the foreclosures that have come on the market are at less than $500k. Good time to buy? I would say so.
