Hi Konnie - I visited your home page on active rain & since your business philosophy is to be honest and place your client's interest first, I would think that you are destined for long term success. Basically, I think my best advice would be to have a good web presence, and to be a wealth of information for your buyers & sellers.  In the luxury arena - folks usually are quite successful in their own right & all they need are solid facts & good deals & they will be able to process that information well. Be a good listener, don't waste their time & be discreet in habdling their business affairs, and make sure you protect their intersts as best you can by being able to write a tight contract with your clients interest in mind.
