A few weeks ago, I wrote a blog which reflected my thoughts about Donald Trump's wisdom when it comes to selling real estate. As soon as MGM CityCenter announced it's 30% price reduction in an effort to get contract holders to close on their units, I had a gut feeling that the Donald was not about to be Trumped in Las Vegas.
Yesterday, The Stark Team, Las Vegas strip condo real estate agents, received DRASTICALLY REDUCED pricing at the remaining hotel-condos at TRUMP Tower. While MGM CityCenter's reductions bring the lowest priced condos at Vdara and VEER to about $700 per square ft., Trump Tower pricing has been slashed to half that!
And talk about views!! Trump Tower has some of the most spectacular views of the Las Vegas strip from the building's south side. When you are on floors 50+, you can even see the Bellagio Fountains!

Great condo photos and the price reductions you described are pretty amazing. I can only imagine what the City Center and The Trump condos would have sold for back in 2003 through 2005. Today the buyers who are actually buying quality units like these are getting amazing deals. Many who will sit on the sidelines and wait will later wish they had taken advantage of the opportunity that is available today.
