We have such thin inventory that well priced repos are flying off the shelf so to speak and multiple offers over list price are common. The status must be "AVAILABLE" and by the time buyers come into view these properties they are SOLD. Crazy? Yes. But Las Vegas real estate agents can't complain. And there has been no press written about how desirable Las vegas real estate really is and how many people keep coming to our beautiful desert city to retire, vacation, and enjoy the fantastic weather we are enjoying.
